30 days of Sadhana preparations

I feel the energy so strong to day. Preparing for my 30 days of online sadhana. For so many years I have wanted to share some of my profound experiences from the practices of yoga. And one of the things I most treasure is a steady, calm practice running over a long periode of time. The deep sense of lightness it has brought to me, it stays with one forever. And thanks to the circumstances I am in, I have been forced to learn the whole online univers, and I found it fun - and also exciting.

I have “meet” students from all over the world, and I am so ready to share what it actually does for you, with a daily spiritual practice, Sadhana. I was very young when I was so blessed to meet Gurumayi Chidvilasananda, and to be trained deeply, and methodically in the wisdom of meditation, chanting and reading the scriptures. I would start early in the morning (2:30 am) with chanting and meditation, and the whole day would be filled with learning about spirituality, the DISCIPLINE of leading a spiritual live. That is what Sadhana does to you. It teaches you - lovingly, slowly and thoroughly.

What does sadhana mean: What is sadhana? It’s a committed prayer. It is self-enrichment. It is not something which is done to please somebody or to gain something. Sadhana is a personal process in which you bring out your best. Sadhana means daily spiritual practice. It is the foundation of all spiritual endeavor. Sadhana is your personal, individual spiritual effort. It is the main tool you use to enrich your own inner experiences of God within you.
