Now Christmas is approaching. And that is exactly why in the last month's time I have filmed a Christmas calendar with 24 positions that you can practice according to, it has finally become a reality. It also took some time to get the film, text and graphics done. I hope you will find my Christmas calendar inspiring and give you a little smile on your lips and in your heart every day.
Feel free to practice each position many times, and do it with those you live with- as a nice little yoga thing every day.

Every day I have chosen a position that is easy to practice - and I have also written a bit about the position and what it is good for.
When the 24 days are over, it is equivalent to having practiced a Level 1-2 yoga program - a good way to see where you are in your practice.
All the positions as well as a beautiful booklet to download will be to buy on my online portal at Copenhagen Yoga online shop, where you can sign up for one to several days and practice for one of my yoga videos wherever you are. I am constantly uploading new videos.
