Welcome to Iyengar Yoga for Beginners
Namaste and welcome to the journey of self-discovery through Iyengar Yoga. I'm delighted to introduce you to this transformative practice, and I invite you to embark on a path that will nurture your body, mind, and spirit.

This is my 6 month course where I will teach you all the basic yoga positions. You will experience how your body will manifest greater strength, flexibility, a deeper calm and focus in your entire being. You also get the option - for a small extra amount - to have the recordings from each class sent, which will be available until the next class, that way you have the opportunity to practice the program all week long.

If you are out travelling you can join the class livestream with a zoom link I will provide to you.
