Why not wake up shining? 30 days of online yoga practise in the morning. The traditional worship of the sun as it is rising in the morning through the practise of yoga.

The online teachings are thought by Certified Senior Intermediate Iyengar® yoga teacher Mette Ørum.

It is designed so that you practice morning yoga every day for a month - weekends are of. Each yoga session is about 20 minuttes.

It is recommended that you prepare yourself for the daily practise through these steps.

  1. Before getting out of bed, do prayers of gratitude to prepare yourself for the practise.

  2. Go to bathroom, wash and clean your self

  3. Get on the yoga mat and chant the mantra AUM three times

  4. Practise the yoga program.
