Practising Gratitude
“Yoga does not just change the way we see things; it transforms the person who sees.”
Here is a few guidelines I would like to help you with and that I have found very useful my self.
If there is one thing I would like to point out it is this:
To bring Happiness thru gratefulness. If I should point out one thing that all human beings have in common, it is that we all want to be happy.
And to me - practicing GRATITUDE is one of the simplest and most effective things you can do to transform your life. Research shows that people who regularly take time to notice things are grateful for enjoying better sleep, better relationships, greater resolve towards achieving goals, showing more compassion and kindness, and are over all happier.
SO WHAT ABOUT YOU ?
What are you grateful for today? I have daily practiced the teaching that I am about to teach you. And every time, before my daily yoga practice I did following.
Before getting out of bed, I do my prayers of gratitude.
Go to bathroom, wash and clean my self.
Get on the yoga mat and do my prayer and chanting
Practice yoga asana.
Finishing each practice with minimum 5 minutes of yoga nidra or sitting meditation.
From my heart to yours - Enjoy!
